4-day week. No program on July 4th. A person’s art is uniquely their own. And difference in perspective leads to exciting discoveries about the range and beauty of interpretation. Each day participants will be immersed in a different topic. We’ll float in and look under water before we paint it. We’ll meet creatures and examine plants and trees before we turn the essence of those experiences into art. This week allows children to understand the biodiversity found in the natural world and to view it through each other’s eyes. We will use different techniques to create arts and crafts inspired by nature. Drawing, painting and other basic art forms will be explored. Special guest Roey Ebert of PBS’s Roey’s Paintbox will join us for the am session. Location: Pool Wildlife Sanctuary, 3701 Orchid Place, Emmaus, PA 18049.
