Bao, or steamed filled buns originated in China as early as the third century AD. Convenient as they are, commercial baos are never as satisfying as homemade ones - freshly steamed, chewy-soft and filled with meat and/or vegetarian fillings. In this workshop, learn how to make the dough and create one of the many time-honord baos with meat and/or vegetable fillings, cook them and then enjoy eating your own creation.
